Customer Service Exceptional After a competing storage company failed to deliver a usable outdoor storage space I contacted Spencer, Prime Storage Manager. He had the space cleared of 18 inches of snow and allowed our car to be stored. Excellent customer service, good value.
Review The lights in my unit have not worked for the last year. This impacts my ability to access my belongings and causes a concern for safety....especially when it gets dark earlier in the day. I also see prices that are much cheaper than my monthly rate.

Close to home, nice units and a big pot hole at the entrance Close to home. Icy conditions around the entrance to my unit followed by getting soaked from the runoff from the roof. But not bad, because the space dry and secure.
