Another ****** Off customer, I was just going to come and go at my leisure to get my stuff out of this ******business. This has to be said- After they did a bait and switch on me, I continually contacted them that I had a different credit card but they kept charging the old one which was closed, so the charges kep rising from the $59 I started to pay up to $294. Nope don’t do it! Since prime Storage took over cube smart, I have seen 2 increases. This past October a 47% increase, now… just recently I received notice that next month will be $403 a month. That’s about a 45% increase. I rented an outdoor 10 by 30 drive up. I started out paying $188 a month. Please look at other places. Your going to move in then have crazy high cost…ugh then to move all your stuff again because this company is clearly not knowledgeable in money management.

Beware of Prime storage on Hearn St, Rock Hill SC . Rented a unit, flash flooding on floor numerous times and the roof leaks . Water damage from top and bottom on my furniture etc . Filed the insurance claim I was given by them to no avail! I was told by their office employees that it was a subcontractor and Prime was not involved with them. I have been locked out of my unit and nothing has been resolved. I receive monthly computer calls and texts and legal mail saying I must pay rent or all will be lost. Please take all of these reviews seriously - these folks are the ****** *****'s of the storage world. There was a mistake on my payment, so the payment was returned by the bank - not because of unavailable funds. First they told me it was a bank charge - so I asked for proof. Then they changed that too "it's in my contract" because the check was returned. If there's a way for them to get more money, they'll find it, do it, get it. Can't we all do something about this?

Terrible terroristic, unprofessional, scamming, discriminatory company. DON'T EVER RENT FROM THESE MONEY SCAMMING LOSERS. I'm currently bringing these idiots to court for overcharging, and I'm gonna continue to sue them until Prime Storage gets shut down.

Worst Company ever dealt with,My mother died and got a 10x15 for 200,was 2 weeks late and bill keep increasing every couple days,after a month late said I owed over $1000.00 Robert did nothing but lie after lie and increase the bill every few days.Only gave a 1* because couldn't give a 0.Worst Storages ever worked with and took advantage of my Mother drowning,I hope something horrible happens to his mom cause the emotional pain and traumatic experience they cussed me.SHAME

Stay away from this place. They are constantly raising their prices every few months. One time as much as 29.5 %. They sent me a notice to send them my personal property insurance within 30 days. Less than an hour after sending me the email, they charged me for insurance on my storage unit which I declined. I called the manager and he refused to refund my money and continued to argue with me about it. His name is Kenneth. I would not use this business.

This company from my research has several private partnerships that funded them to be able to buy up locally owned storage unit businesses. The investors are pretty much paid an 8% income stream annually from what I can gather. This results in the company raising prices in less than a year or so to very high amounts. My rent in one year went from $151.00 a month to $181.00 to $236.00 a month without any improvements in security or service that I can see. All in a year in a year. These guys are ripoff - I have been a customer there for many years and they said they sent out an increase email to me which i never received - but it wasn't that it was the amount of the increase it went from 90 .00 to 146.00- same lousy leaky storage unit same lousy service = but an almost 50% increase - when I asked why they said "supply and demand" . I could see a 10% increase but this is a straight ripoff - I am going to tell every social media outlet I know to make buyers aware of their deceptive practices.
