I miss Monkey Junction Self Storage Too corporate now, we used to get a phone call when rates were going up or mandatory storage insurance is being applied. Now its all USPS or E-mail. Plus, there is a teenage truck 'garage' operating every night a few down from our unit. Makes parking difficult.
Overpriced and poor customer service They raised my rate without informing me. They also make me pay for their insurance and continue to request my homeowner declaration page. There are cheaper places and I was with the original company monkey junction storage thatâs the only reason Iâm at prime storage because they changed owners
Said they were going to pave, did not. Then went up in monthly rate. Made promises but did not keep and then went up in price
