See below We have been at this facility for over five years. We noticed after the new management took over the level of customer service plunged. Your representatives at our management office donât have authority to make any decision. The âlocalâ feeling of the office is gone. Office staff revolves with new faces and they donât have good experience with the business.
Manager would not call back. I provided a copy of my insurance on the boat I was storing, however it never got added to my file. This resulted in me being charged a separate fee for insurance through the storage provided. I stopped by the property to sort this out multiple times and was told that they would email cooperate and the manager would get back with me. Itâs been 5 months and Iâm still waiting.
Lack of customer service Asked to move lots because of a tree dropping berrys on my camper roof and they acted like they didnât even care at the camper itself is $140,000 camper.
customers since aug. 2018 have been satisfied with storage units. only change is ownership, management. have had office work with us on fees changes since we have 4 units. am appreciative of that. thanks
Storage Unit Didn't like the rate increase when purchased by new owners. The security gate was damaged and was not repaired for an extended period of time. The opened gate allowed anyone who wanted to drive in anytime day or night. This granted an easier access to units. A gate with a security code, was a deterrent. Was not notified that the security gate was not in service. (extended period of time) A gate with a pin code access was a great bonus to feel like your unit was being protected by having minimal people with acces... read more
