Clean, New, Well Maintained facility. Very nice high end facility. Prices seem competitive. Been using them since 2017 for extra storage after I moved full time into a condo with limited storage. Been through several major storms and so far so good keeping dry and secure.
Prime made everything easy. The people we deal with are friendly and made signing in easy. Having the monthly charge online easy in fact I do not worry about it.
Great service Clean property, great space and very nice people always willing to help if you have any issues with your unit or lock.
good place to do business with I started out as a 6 month rental and having refurnish 1 and a half homes, I am still there after 4 years. It is a clean, safe and safe place.

AMAZING One of the best decisions I have made in a while was picking Prime Storage. Totally amazing customer service! So well kept and clean. All the staff are amazing! From the front desk manager to general manager and even the owners all super to deal with. A real pleasure!!! ( the free month did not hurt either! )
Great place and good people. Wood use them again if I have a need to in the future.
