Great place, safe, clean, and great customer service Very happy, my only complaint would be D building's "climate control", it can be very hot and humid in the summer in this building, and the winter can be cold, but not as bad as the summer heat.
Little pricey for units you can't access 24/7 Great customer service BUT horrible prices on units & packing supplies. Lock was $15 & she said that was already half price!!!??? Insurance is required, theirs is $13 month for $3,000 in coverage.

convenient storage facility I hope you don't start raising your rates every few months like you have in the last year. Martin's Storage did that and that's why I left them and moved to you.
Loved the customer service! When I arrived- the person at the counter was very nice- she tended to my needs and got me all ready to get my unit.

Great Overall the service has been great. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. The property is always clean. The only negative I have is that when Prime bought out Monkey Junction Storage their prices went up $27 a month. I was not happy with that.
Easy access. Clean. Helpful employees. Location is convenient and the grounds are well maintained. Employees are very pleasant and helpful.
Thanks We have used this storage place for a long time. Today we emptied the last things we had stored there ..... all the items we had to store were none the worst for being there. Antiques and family items were safe and well protected. Just a thank you from a former customer.
