I had a great experience with Shcae! I let her know I was going to be a bridesmaid in a wedding out of state, but my friend needed ideas of hairstyles for us ladies. Schae gave me such a pretty updo and my friend loved it for all of us. I didn't have time to add makeup to my service, but I definitely will be back to get the whole treatment! Not only was getting my hair done fun, but the salon is so pretty, I literally felt like a princess getting all dolled up. Thank you again, I look forward to my next appointment!
Really terrible online booking system. Came here for a blowout with Katie and she had never heard of my appointment even though I had confirmed it. I was left without a plan and no one helped squeeze me in due to the scheduling error.

I first came to get my hair done before photos. I was so impressed with their services. A pamper me feeling that perks up my week. I was blow away with the results. The products are amazing my hair is moisturized, soft, looks great plus hides my little grays. I joined the VIP program and a couple times a year they have other discounts. I have been going for over a year. I have been to every stylist here since I am a last minute booker. Mine last 5-6 days. I definitely recommend you make an appt to check them out.

Terrible customer service. I'm sure this place does good work, but my sisters and I had a terrible experience. My sister booked our appointment in early December for a Sunday in February for a wedding. We were booked for 3 updos and 3 makeup. She informed them that the wedding was at 4pm. They told her they would have 3 stylists that morning and we would be done by 1pm with an 11am appt. We showed up at 1055 and they said we didn't have an appointment. I have been very disappointed in P&B as the quality of services has significantly decreased; yet, the prices have risen. As I've traveled all over this summer, I've learned other blowdry establishments, such as DryBar, have much better training for their employees, as I continuously receive much better blowouts no matter which one I visited.
