They are professional, personable, and rates are reasonable.
Parsons was prompt in responding to my request and concerns. They were good at getting rid of mold in my attic. However, I was dissatisfied with the final look because the effected drywall was not replaced, as had been previously promised. As a result, i was given a discount. I also had to request the before/after pictures of my attic but was told that only the before pictures could be found.
Jon and the Parsons crews was very easy to work with. They answered all my questions and explain each step of the mold remediation process. Considering the level of work I needed done, my after-thought is that the price charge was a little excessive. When asked about any senior discounts, they offered none. But, overall they did do exactly what was agreed to both timely and efficiently--I was not disappointed.
He was very polite, kind and professional.
Parsons Restoration was excellent to work with, timely on their appointments and charged a fair price for their work. I highly recommend them.
These guys were great! They came out to view the job right away and got the job done the very next week! It also took them less time then estimated and the work done was above our expectations! Not to mention the price was unbeatable! I would definitely recommend them!
