Overall, I think Jon and his company did a great job. They were extremely responsive, quick, and professional. Overall, I would recommend.
Andrew talks a lot and was very knowledgeable. He walked through everything and answered all of our questions. He gave us a very trustworthy vibe. The team was very thorough and reliable. They follow through and finish the job without adding on extra costs. Seemed a little pricier than other groups but you get what you pay for and peace of mind is worth it. Just remind them to put on shoe covers to protect your floors.

Jon Parsons and Andrew Lawrence were very professional, promptly responded to all questions with detailed and informative answers, and provided an inspection report within 48 hours of air sampling. I highly recommend Parsons Remediation.
The price of the project came in on the high end when compared to the average price for mold remediation of this type. I was satisfied with the actual remediation and tarping of the floor, but I believe the insulation install could have been better. I worry that I will have drooping insulation again in a few years

I highly recommend Parsons Restoration as they did an outstanding job of mold removal and I very pleased. As soon as I called, Jon Parsons very promptly contacted me, inspected the crawl space, gave me a quote, and explained in detail what needed to be done. His crew of technicians were very professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to do the job.
