Basically, I received good advice because I had done all the work prior. Since this isn't my profession and I had become anxious, I wanted and needed a second opinion. Otherwise, I would have chosen the work to be done because Jonathan's knowledge in this field was exceptional.

The team was very professional and performed above and beyond the basic necessary work and made suggestions to enhance overall surroundings in the home to prevent mold. The team was also very respectful and kept us updated on each aspect of the job as they worked. They completed the work in the estimated time.

Professional staff prompt service. Friendly. Explained what they were doing. They let me know what problems they found from prior companies who worked on my crawl space. They removed items that were found in the area. Excellent cleanup. Very reasonable price for the amount of work done. Installed insulation went very well. Again great clean up. Professional and expert. Would highly recommend
Jon was awesome! He called me immediately after I submitted my Home Advisor request. He explained in detail, the steps that would be taken to remediate the mold. His staff was friendly and efficient. Jon has been in touch after completion of the job to ensure that I was totally satisfied with the job. I would totally recommend Parsons Restoration to everyone!!
