They were on time I never had any issues with contacting them and they were very understanding about re-scheduling. My home was in tact and no issues, they cleaned up after they finished and I received a callback and a note left by the technicians.

Parsons was able to get us on the schedule immediately for remediation when on a tight budget and schedule. The work was well above my expectations.
