I had a great experience at this urgent care location. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was incredibly sweet and helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The rest of the staff were just as amazing. Patient, kind, and truly caring throughout my entire visit. Great Courteous Service from all. Very easy to make an appointment on line. Professional service when i arrived. No long wait. Building is clean and neat. Waiting room was spacious so not cramped in with others that may be sick. Most importantly, got an accurate diagnosis and treatment. Also provided a nice folder with printed out materials of my visit.
Teresa Antley, Nina, provided excellent care during my visit! Everyone was welcoming and extremely nice. This facility is the cleanest facility that I have ever visited and the atmosphere and music was my favorite part about the visit. Teresa is a top of the notch provider and provided the upmost care! I will definitely use this facility for my future needs and recommend to others as well.
One of the best and cleanest Urgent Cares I have been too. Plenty of space so you aren't right on top of another patient, yet also not so wide spread that they have to yell your name. Bambi, Tanisha, Sam and Julie were amazing. The location is ideal and close to home. Will definitely be back.
Office staff was very nice. Wait time was very short. The PA was short and did not exam the issue presented. I asked about imaging and he condescendingly explained to me what an urgent care was. He stated that they did not have the capabilities for imaging but still did not examine the issue to see if anything else could be suggested or done.
