I went to 2 different doctors before I came here and only got worse. Every single person I talked to here listened to what I had to say, asked questions, and genuinely made me feel like they wanted me to get better. The medicine they gave me had be feeling better that day, and now the next day I am feeling so much better after 3 weeks of feeling bad. I truly want to thank everyone who cared for me personally.

The staff up front are friendly and helpful. The nurse who took my vitals very sweet and helpful. The PA who saw me was wonderful as well. I appreciate Prisma Urgent Care. I’ve had to be seen there a few times in the past and they are ALWAYS very nice and take care of me. Thank you

Front desk was welcoming. I was seen in a timely manner. I feel the person that did my intake could have been more friendly. She came across like she was annoyed to have to be there. I don’t feel like I was really ‘heard’ with my concerns but was prescribed some medicine so hopefully it will help take care of what I have going on.

The nurse on duty was extremely nice and thoughtful. The PA that came in was extremely knowledgeable checked me all over and suggested I go to the ER and get a CAT scan. I appreciate all the professionalism that was given to me thank you.
