Great experience, everyone was extremely nice and the facility was very clean. All staff were excellent. The Rad tech, nursing assistant, and the NP were very knowledgeable of their roles. Service was great! I will use this Urgent Care again if needed.
I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and the ladies at the front desk were super friendly. The entire place was very clean and updated. The NP I saw was excellent, knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions with great bedside manner. The last nurse I saw who gave me my paperwork before leaving was also friendly, helpful, and answered my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again if I needed urgent care.
Clean, new-looking facility, nice waiting room, hardly any wait time. I called ahead at 6:15 and booked a 7:00 pm appointment. Arrived at 6:50 and was taken back at about 7:15. Not bad at all. I was seen right away and out of there by 7:35. The nurse practitioner who treated me was very thorough in her exam. Overall great experience, far better than most urgent care places I’ve been to in the area for myself or my child.
I had an appointment and did the paperwork at home. When I arrived, I was taken back within 5 minutes. The nurse who took my vitals was very pleasant. I went to the exam room and was seen shortly after that. I didn't require any tests, so I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The front desk staff was welcoming also. Good visit!
Even though I made an error choosing the right Urgent Care Center; I was taken care of in a timely manner. The staff from the front desk to those working in the care areas made me feel important. Great Facility, staff and doctors!⭐️💯
