No one likes going to an urgent care but this was actually as good of an experience as it can get. The facility was immaculate, I was greeted warmly and only had to wait about 15 minutes (I did prebook an appt and recommend this).Everyone was very nice and I really appreciated Lola, the xray technician and the PA, Ms. Fitch, i believe. They had to do extra xrays which gave more information and afterwards the PA took lots of time listening and then answering my many questions without ever showing she felt rushed or impatient.... read more
