Monday on Memorial Day I came in for a large carbuncle like abscess/boil that had popped. Thought I was just going to get a culture but to my surprise the nurse Daniela took extra care to get more pus out and packed it and gave good instruction on changing the dressing that night and removing the packing after after a few days (coming in if necessary).
