So efficient and I’m glad I was able to use this option instead of driving my sick baby an hour away to the nearest urgent care. So glad we have a virtual urgent care option!

Every time we go to the ER, primary Dr., Virtual Visits, or md360 with Prisma we always are given exceptional treatment! All Dr.s are super nice and understanding of ALL our needs and they are very knowledgeable in treating us. We are a family of 4 toddlers/babies under 4 years. And they go to daycare so we’re in and out of there a lot!!!

I had a great virtual visit with Dr. Jones. She listened to me, explained the diagnosis, recommended treatment, and alternatives. My virtual visit was quick and easy. My only complaint is that I had to wait for about 15-20 minutes before she came. But I know it's easy to get behind and this is just normal, even it had been an in-person visit.

Don’t recall the Doctor’s name who did my virtual visit but he was very helpful and very friendly . He took care of all my concerns and addressed all my problems . Most importantly he listened to my concerns and didn’t rush through our virtual visit he allowed me to tell him exactly what was going on with me and addressed all my issues . I would give him 100 stars if , I could ! Finally a Doctor who treats you as a person not as nobody .
