Dr. Brake was excellent. He addressed all my symptoms and concerns during our televisit. We discussed treatment options and additional f/u if symptoms not improved. Thanks for your professionalism. I would highly recommend this service to friends and family members who are incapacitated.

This was my first experience with a virtual medical appointment. I am so impressed! The doctor took his time, was thorough and thoughtful throughout and met/exceeded all my expectations! I highly recommend Prisma Health Urgent Care's virtual business model!
Eric was prompt in calling. He was quick yet thorough in diagnosing the problem and ruling out other potential things like shingles. He sent in the appropriate medicines needed for poison ivy and I started to get relief that night. He was so friendly and we laughed together. Great job, Eric!!
