Everyone was very polite and professional and I felt more at ease, even though they were professional, they were very friendly and comforting.
The Dr I spoke to was very professional. However, the first time I logged on, no one showed up and I was kicked out of the session. The Dr called me back but the video was glitchy and we were cut off again. She called me on the phone, which I appreciated. But why ask me all the questions beforehand if it's not going to be used.(Not the doctor's fault, pre-visit check-in's fault) I stated where I wanted my prescription sent and it was sent to the wrong pharmacy and it took 2 days to get straightened out. There were some technical difficulties on my end not being able to get a clear signal, but it was still a good visit and I was prescribed what I needed.
