Told the provider my symptoms and known exposure to illness, wasn’t treated, ended up seeing my PCP and was diagnosed with exactly with what I told her about. Frustrated because it was a LARGE waste of time and now money.Â

Im very upset. Bethany at the Redbank location set me up on Autopay without my permission. Once I was notified by email of this I immediately called her. I told her she needs to tell people they are being set up on Autopay and she said she would take rhat into consideration from now on. Before my visit, she told me my copay was $50.
