I used the video visit today rather than going into the facility, due to being contagious. The doctor was very pleasant and helpful. You need that when you don't feel well. Thank you.
The PA that spoke with me was excellent. She listened, asked good questions, and involved me in some decision making for choices of medications. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with her.
The PA who I spoke with was knowledgeable, pleasant, and an excellent listener.

Great way to conduct a virtual visit!
PA was not nice - in fact, she was demeaning, condescending and rude. I felt feel very uncomfortable like I was annoying her and wasting her time. I definitely didn’t feel important and was made to feel as though I didn’t matter and my health concerns were not important.

I had concerns regarding kidney results and looked for a doctor to give me an opinion . A nurse for a kidney Dr had given me a scary thought and frightened me on New Year’s Eve . I needed a second opinion that would help me clarify with accurate medical outlook. This np I spoke took had no knowledge and read me the same jargon without any knowledge. I now have to survive 4 days until I can find a Dr. it’s overwhelming.

She was not helpful. Just said she couldn’t see me and hung up. Ridiculous!
