I switched to Pro Irrigation probably 10 years ago. I stayed with them because they consistently provide great customer service, both when I call to schedule appointments and the technicians who came to the house. In the last year or two, they switched me to automatic renewal and scheduling, all via email. I appreciate that. I don't have to be afraid I forgot to pay by the deadline and the appointment is all setup for me.

Water Tech, now Professional Irrigation installed our system about ten years ago and has serviced it ever since. We would not think of using anyone else.

Had our annual spring start up done and the technician, Matt, identified an issue with one of the heads then took the time to repair it. It was not a simple repair but he didn’t quit until it was right. Thanks Matt and Professional Irrigation!

We bought a house that had a system already installed in the yard. We decided to keep whomever the previous owner had to keep with the work. Very first time I needed them was a major headache, so we quickly searched for a new company. We feel very lucky to have come across Professional Irrigation Systems. We've been using them for 3 years now and every single time it has been outstanding.

Professional Irrigation Systems is a very Professional company. They may not be the cheapest but you definitely get Value for your money. The salesman at the Lake St. Louis Office took the time to show us all the systems and answer all our questions. The gentlemen the came out for the install were very courteous and careful of plants & Gardens with the installation. They even adjusted the installation to meet our requests. I’ve been using Professional Irrigation Systems for several years and have always found them responsive and very customer service oriented. They make it easy to schedule appointments and always have been on-time. Any problems with my system are dealt with quickly. Would strongly recommend them to anyone.
