I had Professional Irrigation Systems activate my sprinkler system on May 22, 2020. The window they gave me was from 12:00 to 5:00 PM. At around 10:30, the tech called and said he was in the area, and if it was okay he would come early. He was only about 5 minutes away. I said sure, come on by. We were using another company for our irrigation needs but they kept increasing their price, so that's when we switched to Professional Irrigation Systems. The scheduling process was very quick and smooth, and the person that came out to our house was so patient and thorough. They did a great job from start to finish. The tech (Danny) was very professional, thorough and personable. He took time speaking to any questions I had while still managing to get everything done very quickly. And efficiently. I chose to go with their service at the suggestion of the previous homeowners, I am so glad I did! I highly recommend them, you will not be sorry!
