Professional Irrigation is always on time, very efficient in what they do and there techs listen and take care of problem. I have had them since my system was installed and have never had any issues.
Very professional staff. Installed system 2 years ago. Recently had system turned on. I was called to inform of time of arrival, which was within the time frame scheduled. Very pleased with my experience. Would definitely recommend this company.
The communication Pro Irrigation has is great!! They call when they’re on the way and plus during the pandemic they kept their distance and made a recommendation about not coming into my house which I TOTALLY appreciated.
I called them last year for an installation estimate but wound up going with someone else. Mistake. After months of frustration, told the original installer to forget it, I was calling someone else for service. Professional Irrigation came out quickly to set me up for the season and found one issue with a cracked pipe due to lazy original installer. Very professional, friendly, and dependable service. I have used this company for several years now and I wouldn't think about changing. They show up when they are supposed to and do what I pay them to do - always without issues. They also make the effort to contact me when it is time to set up yearly services as well as services that I have enrolled in per my service plan. Outstanding customer service from their in house staff to their field technicians. This is my third year using the company and all the precious years have been 5 stars. Start up service was completed by Terry yesterday. Very courteous and listened to my required adjustments. Completed the service in a timely manner.
I did my backflow testing with them. The appointment was easy to book, and very reasonable rates, they sent a reminder, and their technician was on time. I would recommend.
