The technicians at Professional Irrigation are always on time, and they call before coming so the customer knows when they will arrive. We had an issue with a broken element in our in-ground system, and the technician told us in advance what was wrong and how much it would cost before he fixed it. Work was done quickly and without any contact. We will continue to use Professional Irrigation!
Just had our service turned on and the gentleman was polite and kept his appropriate distance. He assisted my husband via phone so he didn’t have to enter our basement. With a little one at home right now we really appreciated that!
