I am so grateful for the heartfelt customer service given to me by Ms. Deanna McGrevey. She went above and beyond to do everything in her power to help me resolve my issue. In times like these we need people to show more compassion. I've never had any problems with my rental property. I know if I did Deanna at Progressive will take care of.
Mos definitely will get 5 stars from me. I put in a call for a leaking hot water tank and Fred came out and replaced the old with a new one. And, all of this was done in the same day

I just finished with my remote move-in as we are currently in California and are moving to Nashville. Our RRS, Shawn-Michelle Surber was simply awesome! The whole experience so far with Progress has been great but this was easily the icing on the cake. It is so stressful to move, especially across the country, and Shawn-Michelle has made this so much easier. Thanks, and of course 5 stars, I would leave more if I could!

Everyone I worked with was extremely professional and helpful. The original house I inquired about wasn't going to be available in time for me but, the Agent in Arizona found 3 other homes that all looked great and scheduled a viewing the next day. The showing Agent was extremely helpful and answered ALL of our questions. The application and lease process was easy and painless. These people are horrible thieves! They denied my application the same day I applied supposedly because the name on my id didnt match the name on my application. Funny thing is, I intentionally submitted an alternate name in the preferred name field which was not a required field. I dis this because I knew the paper work the rental assistance afency would send in reference to me would be under this preferred name.
