PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I've lived in my house for about a year. And just like I would expect a big rental corporation, they screwed me over bad!! ALSO if you have children, run far far away because your money is going to be gone in the blink of an eye once your lease is up. They're customer service is awful, if you have a question I would just ask the internet because progress isn't going to be any help whatsoever. Impersonal. Slow to respond to email. Set up with utility companies should be considered illegal because it forces residents to pay an extra ten dollars a month for the service, and doesn't allow residents to see their own bills! Will not be recommending renting from this company to ANYONE!
