Storms blew down part of my fence, I called for it to be repaired. After 3 weeks someone finally came to repair it. The job looked terrible. Uneven boards, huge gaps, broken wood, didn’t cut the tops off to even the fence. Wish I could post pictures because words just can’t describe the amateur job done. It’s an embarrassing to the property. Called to complain and was told the job was satisfactory. Wow really hope the HOA complains about my fence.

The house is very lovely besides the fact that there is NO water coming out of the faucet in the master bedroom bath, but we could not get anyone from service to come and fix minor broken things before we moved in. I have put in requests over and over again for the same things. I'm wondering if we made a mistake in renting from this company. Too big of a company to solve minor issues. You will repeat your issues to different people every issue. Huge deposit is not really refundable. HOA fees/fines directly billed to you and can't dispute. Costly mistake. Talk to 10 different people about before you give up.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager refused to allow the agent to transfer the call. Renter beware!!!!!

I have never left a review before but due to my experience I had to share. I had a terrible experience with this company. The service team gives you different information depending on the person you talk to. All they care about is taking your money and when their company faulted they expect you to go to a third party company (they hired) to correct THEIR issue. They do not listen and only regurgitate from a script. Very disappointed as I was excited to move in.

NEVER RENT FROM PROGRESS! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I cannot stress enough how awful and incompetent their employees are. I have never once been able to reach them over the phone or email. Each phone call (around 10 have been made) has me on hold for an over hour despite their wait time claiming to be 5-15 minutes. As a someone with a full time job, this is unacceptable. First time client shower doesn't work, move in to urine on toilet seat. Front light doesn't they keep saying they will discuss with management. You got your rent why do have to suffer.

I am BEYOND fed up with Rent Progress and the inept customer service & leasing teams. Prior to moving in, my lease was incorrect & had to be fixed 4 times. I was even advised by Tami Joyner to sign an incorrect lease with the wrong move in date & no record of the ESAs that needed to be on there.
