Please do your best to find another company. They are money hungry and will find any way to charge you an arm and a leg for something that shouldn’t be charged at all. I left a barbecue grill to dry in my driveway for less than an hour or two and I was hit with the $45 fee. Not only that they said I can dispute it and in 10 days someone would give me a call, it is a month later and I have not heard from anybody. I wish I could give 0 stars. Moved into a home with my fiancé and upon arrival we noticed the oven/stove tops are 100% broken and unusable. We asked them that day to come out and fix it asap- they said they would come early in the week, then it changed to end of the week, as of this morning, it’s next week. We have lived there for a week and haven’t been able to cook once. Progress severely lacks urgency and care to fix issues within the residents home. Such an awful experience. First, we had all sorts of issues getting to see a house and move in. Maintenance requests go answered. We have been in the home for almost 3 months and don't have a mailbox key to get our mail. Now they're charging us for an electric bill that we paid directly to the electric company per their guidelines.

This company is terrible… I applied and was denied .. They tell you call core logic and core logic tell you call progress… A HUGE RUN AROUND…found out it was a credit issue and to get co signer… HAVE TO APPLY AGAIN and still denied … said we don’t meet requirement but don’t know why we were denied 750 dollars wasted…. Waiting on 500 to come back refunded…. A HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY… I STILL DONT KNOW WHY DENIED…. I would live in my car before renting from Progress again. First, it is impossible to get ahold of anyone. Everything is routed through their customer service where you will wait an average of one hour EVERY TIME YOU CALL. The customer service cannot help you with anything, all they do is log your request and ask some basic questions from a form they are filling out. I’m in process of buying a home while renting from progress. Everything has been going wrong I was going to stay a few days until they told me my month to month will be $2022 that is almost $600 more than I pay in my current lease! My lease is up on the 3rd and I have not been able to get in touch with no one for months. This company sucks moved in April and was charged fees that were never supposed to be charged got promised a credit to my account it is now July and the company owes me a 500$ credit! I’ve called every month about this being promised the credit and instead they keep charging me fees that aren’t supposed to be there!!

Houses that Progress Residential purchases and then leases / rents out are property blemish to the neighbors (who won their houses) surrounding the house that Progress Residential owns. The houses are in a state of disrepair, lawns aren't cut, the landscaping isnt kept up, exterior brick is marked on with kiddie only to be left for years. Exercise some due diligence, Progress Residential and make an attempt to not ruin the neighborhoods where you're renting out houses in.....
