Our AC and hot water heater was giving us trouble and progress residential sent out a technician to take care of it. The technician was very thorough, friendly, courteous, professional and went above and beyond. He saw that we were using a reusable air filter in our AC unit. He measured it for me because I told him I could not find the correct size for the AC unit. The technician’s name was Darius. He worked efficiently and tirelessly to get my issues resolved. Travis S. with Progress Residential was very professional repair my door inside my garage & while he was there. He saw that a cord in the garage where my water heater is was not plugged in & ask how is my hot water..
