I am trying to rent a house in ********, ************** for my son. This company only excepts security deposit and last months rent and a cashiers check that **** to be sent to *******. We rented from this company for a year beginning last May. During that time we made countless repair orders. Broken windows that were spilling glass onto our floors, no ventilation in the kitchen, AC not functioning properly, the list goes on and on. However, the worst among the issues we had was the rampant mold in the house. If I could give zero stars, that's exactly what I would give! I have been attempting to move into my rental in the ******* area since April 27th which is when move-in orientation was scheduled. I waited around all day and never received a call. When I contacted them, they informed me that due to pending work orders, they were unable to complete move-in orientation. If I could put a negative I would. This company is a joke. Policies chance everyday. And its said. Water leaks they will temporarily fix it. When molding coming off the wall they will temporarily fix it. All they are worried about is numbers and lining their pockets. Biggest thing is customer satisfaction. Progress has many homes that is about the only upside downside service request are a non priority my house was 95 degrees and the tech said your tech has 8 jobs left to do and he might not make it out there just call back in the morning I state the service rep stated the tech would call me and with it being an emergency service request according the progress he should be out in two hours all other request within 24 hours he proceeds to say well Im the only tech I follow with oh so your the tech why make it seem like your in ... read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I am facing homelessness due to the negligence of this company. I was approved for a property and a few days after my approval I noticed the home was getting advertised and that my application was showing as cancelled. Progress residential failed to complete repairs for months. A person purchased home next door and repeatedly complained about the fence falling over in thier yard. Progress took 3 months to repair fence with 4 separate work orders- their repair was nailing my fence to the tree! Not only did it NOT resolve the issue, it infuriated the new neighbor, in which caused them to threaten me everyday AND poisoning my dog!
