Demetrius Campbell is the best maintenance guy that I have encountered since renting from Progressive Residential. Half of my house lost power due to electrical issues. The first time he came out I was super upset about the issue and how it impacted me not being able to work. I work from home so it was super important that the issue get resolved. Our AC and hot water heater was giving us trouble and progress residential sent out a technician to take care of it. The technician was very thorough, friendly, courteous, professional and went above and beyond. He saw that we were using a reusable air filter in our AC unit. He measured it for me because I told him I could not find the correct size for the AC unit. The technician’s name was Darius. He worked efficiently and tirelessly to get my issues resolved.
