Our AC and hot water heater was giving us trouble and progress residential sent out a technician to take care of it. The technician was very thorough, friendly, courteous, professional and went above and beyond. He saw that we were using a reusable air filter in our AC unit. He measured it for me because I told him I could not find the correct size for the AC unit. The technician’s name was Darius. He worked efficiently and tirelessly to get my issues resolved. Even in this extreme heat. I just want to say thank you Darius for taking care of all of our issues and educating me on the best air filters for your home.
