When I couldn’t reach anyone Aubrey always answered or responded back to me. If it wasn’t for Aubrey I would not have completed my rental process with Progress. Osnely Molina was not only professional, he also did a great job problem solving and finding a resolution for our hvac issue.
Our leasing specialist Veronica is the best. She is very patient and understanding and goes out of her way to help. She knows what customer service is all about. She was even able to pick up the slack where I felt others drop the ball! Veronica is this companies biggest asset.
