Verified Renter Recently moved in and I love it here! Great apartment, maintenance is quick. I love all the amenities and the distance to so many cool places. Everything you need is walkable!
Verified Renter Overall love living here! Close to Toyota Music Factory and super nice area. They have tons of rules regarding the pool area with outrageous fees. They are building the new Well Fargo headquarters right in font of the complex and the roads are constantly messed up, view will be ruined sadly.
Verified Renter Overall experience has been good. When we moved in dryer didn’t work nor did the microwave but they fixed it pretty quickly. We’re a few things you could tell that were not cleaned prior to us moving in.
Verified Renter I have only been moved in for a few days, so take my review with a grain of salt. I absolutely LOVE my unit. Lots of space and storage. Although, upon moving in our microwave and washer was defective. I will say, maintenance came to solve the issue the same day we submitted the request. They fixed the dryer, although it has continued to be finicky. And we will be receiving a new microwave in a couple days. Verified Renter I love the community and all it has to offer! It is located near an entertainment district and day Station which make things so convenient. I love it here.
Verified Renter The apartment is new n well maintained best for the families to live in. We have been here for 7 months and did not experienced any issues so far.
Verified Renter Overall a nice community. Well maintained and great location to the DFW and Las Colinas area. Parking is a bit messed up because the guest parking is also shared with 1st floor residents, leaving and entire 5th floor and roof empty. Also it’s tight so truck drivers be careful around the corners. Depending on what side of the building you live on there is a considerable amount of noise from morning commuters. Package lockers have worked well for me and haven’t experienced any stolen packages personally.
Verified Renter The place is great and it is even more upsetting that the landscaping in the patios is just a disaster ?? Grass is missing and it creates so much mud when it rains. Several requests to property management were not acknowledged.
Verified Renter Haven’t lived here long enough but the last 30 days so far so good . Maintenance is quick to respond. Neighbors are friendly. The location is amazing.
