Doctors visit was great 👍 but billing and accounting I am not happy with I usually make a payment arrangements and today I was told I can no long make payment arrangements. If you not honor my payment arrangements i may have to find another doctor. Also my appointment was rescheduled with out confirming with me. I asked the doctor what happened and why was she not informed. I did not have a great experience with the billing receptionist.
The first two times I was there they was excellent all the way around front desk to dental technician I had an emergency they contacted me on Sunday night and text me and let me know they would help me when I got there they tapped on my teeth and they told me they couldn't help me I could not believe this I thought I got up at 6:00 in the morning to go get help from suffering with the pain I was suffering with and I still am suffering so it was a waste of my time
As a new patient, I had a terrible experience, especially with the billing department and office management. I went in as a new patient for a dental check up, and was charged over $300 for them to take photos and X-rays, which should normally be covered by my insurance. They told me that they would run the charges with my insurance afterwards and I would be refunded if it turns out that I was covered by my insurance. Not good overpriced and out for a fee
Insurance wasn’t verified correctly so my appointment was canceled I called Humana to find another dentist and I was told this doctor was part of my network. Humana call the office and I was able to get another appointment.
It looked beautiful but very expensive. PROBLEM.... his work did not last. I should have gotten 10 years life for a new bridge. I got approx 3. Spent approx 19k there and now the new dentist cost will be approx 12k when done. I have been crying and very upset over all of this and I did ask for a refund. No response yet. I will update this if he helps me.
I’m clean, healthy and ready for next for next time. Thanks for the Love!
