Office wanted to charge me $305 for the check up and I drove an hour to hear that they don’t work with my insurance.

I had an appt. this am at 0900. When I booked the appt. I requested the staff to find out if I needed a cleaning or not and to get back with me as to what Dr. Iranmenesh suggested and to inform him that I received a cleaning about 6-8 months ago. Not good. The guy at the front desk doesn’t seem to know what’s going on he might be a temp that needs more training. The wait time was also ridiculous. You can’t expect people to spend over an hour for a simple routine cleaning. I also hated how I was forced to take a million photos it seemed very unnecessary especially since you had my Xrays and I just wanted a cleaning. I was referred here but was let down. I took time off work for nothing because I had to leave before the doctor could examine my teeth.

The cleaning with Karine was excellent as always. The Xrays were not the best experience, she continued to tell me not to open my mouth so wide, then would tell me wider! And it was physically uncomfortable & when I told her it hurt, there was no compassion.
