Doctors decided nothing in this office, instead everything decides his office manager- Rosa Castellanos. Today, I was sitting under the door waiting to speak with the doctor, but she came and explained to me that if not her way, I’d better look for the other dentist instead. So, I did not had an opportunity to talk to the doctor privately, she basically sensed me to the other dentis’ office. Very disappointed 😔

I truly appreciate the way all of staff treats me every time I call and am in the office. I must have a smaller and sensitive mouth because each time I have ended up hurting. The first time it was a swollen bruised lip and this time I have sores from the x-ray cards/holder. Both under my tongue and up under my lip. Both places are very swollen and have canker like white sores. I tried calling but did not reach anyone and I don't consider it an emergency.
