2 full days and still hasn’t shipped. Ordered Mon AM and it was supposed to be here Friday. Tues PM and still no ship.
We had a mechanic install the lights today, the halos are supposed to be violet they're clear . There is also 2 bulbs that the mechanic tested and are completely blown out. We kept everything in the original packaging upon arrival until we could have the lights professionally installed. To say that I’m disappointed is an understatement, this was supposed to be a great birthday surprise for my son. I hope that the seller will do something to rectify this issue. Didn’t fit correctly had too much wiggle room and bulbs wouldn’t fit correctly either my suggestion just buy LED bulbs and keep original headlights

After numerous email correspondence, the company refused to return the fender flares I purchased. They were brand new, and the return included all original parts, even the original box. This was 3 weeks after purchase date. I was told that the item did not qualify for return (they supplied a return policy and after review I quoted it heir own policy noting that a return for poor quality was not an exclusion as per their own document and that the return should be processed as per usual business standards. I bought spyder brand headlights but what I received is the Akkon brand , what is advertised on the website is spyder not akkon the cheaper brand sold as spyder the more expensive brand.Stuck with the order return shipping fees and restocking fees .
