The description said catback exhaust this is a straight pipe set up not at all what I wanted Plus they forgot my header and down pipe until I said something then I rechecked the box to find out this is a straight pipe setup so not satisfied at all LAME!!!!!
Sell cheaply made, low quality products. Horrible “return policy”. Rude and disrespectful customer service. They treat you like trash, not like a customer. You can’t return if you’ve installed item and found it to be defective. If you’ve touched it they won’t take it back. Weird for a car parts store.. Proceed at your own risk.
The lights were great but they had big scratches on both lights , like wtf I paid 500, y’all could have at least gave me ones that aren’t scratched !
Found the same headers somewhere else for $180 MORE then what these guys charge. I'm definitely ordering more from here again!
I used Amazon pay. It didn’t use my Amazon settings for the billing address, as it usually did with Amazon. It put the shipping address down as the billing address. My card will probably get declined because of this.
After spending 900 dollars on headlights I had some honest concerns and was given nothing but excuses from the support call I made yesterday. I first sent an email with no response but they were able to bring it up during the call. The lights are cool however ProTuningLab's website is slightly misleading with the images they have for my headlamps. Pictures show all black portions of the projector lens. I was told it was the manufactures problem and not theirs and that these guys are "Just Resellers" by the gentlemen I spoke ... read more

Received a faulty product and didn’t get reimbursed for it.
So I paid for my exhaust and money was pulled out of my account now the order is cancelled money hasn’t been returned and I have no exhaust what wow
