REASONABLY PRICED PRODUCT FOR MOMS CAR
Claimed to have a headlight assembly with HID kit pre-installed. They ended up sending them separate. Paid a premium just to end up having to do the work myself. Didn’t give the option to expedite shipping either. All around bad experience smh
After finding the product that I need they wait for weeks to tell me that it's been back-ordered it took me six weeks to get my money
It took twice as long as the website said for me to receive my header. When I finally got the header, I inspected the welds. I found a hole about the size of my little finger. What horrible service.
I was chatting with one of your reps before making this purchase after a good purchase experience from your company in 2016 ($169.99 for Power heated LED signal towing mirrors) the mirrors I'm replacing, I had questions, they semi answered some of them then after no reply after multiple request, I guess your representatives shift was over? Ordered a part that was supposed to fit my car only to find out from company via email that it didn't fit my model fortunately they canceled the order no problem. But if the ad would have mentioned that we wouldn't be doing this review
I bought some Mercedes lens and they never arrived what a waste of money
I got a used lip and it’s all cracked and they tried to use some type of bondo and their are a lot of scratched. I also tried contacting them and they have not answered.
I ordered a set of window visors for my car. Today I was thinking they should be getting delivered any day now... But instead, I just got an email (From Amazon since I used Amazon Pay) saying the money I spent was refunded to me. I have not received ANY communication from ProTuningLab at all about my order, what happened, why instead of getting what I ordered and paid for I am getting a refund.
