I called before I placed an order for a headlight assembly set but the service rep couldn't answer a simple question. He suggested I pick something else not what I liked because he couldn't give me details about the product.
Easy to order Amazon pay and great product discrimination
I ordered an item they had in stock. I even went so far as to call and check with a sales representative to confirm that the item was indeed “in stock” before ordering. They confirmed they had 25 in their warehouse. Truth is, they don’t have a warehouse with this item. They just took the money, and tried to procure the item they claimed to have in stock after the fact. Complete waste of time.
Shipped on 10/25, But it’s 10/30 and still no Delivery.
Never order from this sad story of a company, spent just about 200 for a headlight set and one marker light came broke and the company won’t give a full refund or sent a replacement for the broken marker light, pro tuning is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with
I ordered a set of headlights and HID’s back in February 2021 and there is already a short in the wire I bought from you guys. Have to bend the harness for my light to Work. I called and was informed that it had been more than 3 months. So I decided to buy it one more time, if it happens again, then I will know not to order anything else from here.

I ordered some tail lights on Sept 13, I received the wrong product and immediately sent them back, I even did them a favor by refusing shipment so they did not have to pay for the return. Protuninglab started blaming me?! I told them that they sent the wrong ones and to send me the correct ones, they said they could not until the original came back and we’re thoroughly inspected, the FedEx driver was there as my witness that I opened it and immediately he took it back. my Dad is a disabled veteran He saved up money to buy a fancy tail light assembly. When the lights came he paid a bunch more money to have them installed. Unfortunatly the lights did not work properly. So he sent them back. Pro Tunning refused to refund his money! My dad says anyone who buys something from these people is a fool!
