They got their money. Now nothing. No shipping info or notification other than a plain receipt.
I ordered a set of led taillights. When the box was opened and getting ready for installing them, it was noticed that one of them were broke. I contacted them about a replacement with nothing but refusal. In order to send them back, they required me to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I feel like they are dragging the issue out past a return window. I have filed a dispute through PayPal(ongoing). I ordered a item fender flares for a truck on black Friday and FedEx some how lost the package so I called the company's customer no service and to this day I've not gotten my item I call and email them every day and get the runaround o sorry we are just following policy there is nothing we can do I had to beg them for over a week to file a claim with FedEx so now they are telling me it can be 10 more business days just to get a answer back from FedEx this is a Christmas gift that I probably won't get on time for Christmas d... read more
My headlight that I ordered broke before even reaching 6 months. I called and emailed for warranty. They said that since no one else has experienced this problem they will not warranty it, and then blocked my email address so I could no longer reach them. Horrible and disrespectful management. Would never recommend to anyone.

I ordered a cold air intake and was told it shipped that day via text message and that expected delivery was Saturday originally wich was almost two weeks later than purchasing now its say Tuesday smh.
