I ordered two sets of headlights the same kind one for me and one for husbands vehicle. I waited on them to come in and when they finally arrived we only had one set. I called the company and they said oh we cancelled the other order we thought you made a mistake by ordering 2.They said they have sent back a refund but we have not gotten . Then a employee told me he apologized and would get another sent to me. That was a lie we are now 4 weeks into it and still no headlight. I will not be a regular customer and am sorry. This was hopefully only a one time deal, as I hit a mail box with my husband's truck mirror.
I know my address. However they changed the address to a pre-annex address. Waited 2 weeks for the product to show up, but they couldn’t find my address, so USPS is returning. Contacted them about the shipment after 8 days and it going MIA, no response. ProTuning now wants to charge me $10.00 to resend by USPS, no apologies, nothing but I’m paying the penalty for their screw up. ***Be very careful because they don’t care about the customer, just $$. Greed is bad folks!***
WHAT I NEEDED PRICE WAS FAIR NO SHIPPING COST OR TAX
I order a down pipe and never received it. Then I saw a refund in my bank account with no explanation or follow up email as to why my item was never shipped. I could have ordered from another company had they said something. Now my customer has to wait another 2 weeks for they’re car. Highly disappointed at slow pro tuning let down
The payment said 38.99 for my wind deflector but was charged 77.99??? Want my money back
