Spent almost $350 on headlights that I can’t get to work properly. Apparently Pro Tuning Lab takes Spyder headlights, modifies them with LED’s, and then sells them on their site. This would be fine if they sent you everything needed to get them working on your car, but they don’t. I received my headlights, got them professionally installed, and the LED low beams won’t stay on when my truck is turned on. They blink a few times and shut off. The fact that my email was required and the red asterisk was buried in the coupon section on the billing page made me have to resubmit my information and I almost went to another site because of that.

I emailed saying I had a bad bulb. I received an email saying I didn't. I tested the bulb on 2 different cars. I asked for a new set and I will send the old ones back and he said no. I informed him I have been doing aftermarket electronics for over 15 years and never got a response.
Worst customer service and sell parts that don’t fit cars correctly. Don’t honor their warrant. Would never recommend buying from here.
Ordered a cat back exhaust and the mating flange was welded on 180 degrees out of sync by the manufacturer.
I purchased Projector headlights for my 2017 Tundra, my second pair, I bought Spyder's 3 years ago, fit perfect, everything plugged right in. New lights plugs are all incorrect, now I'm 61 years old and am not new at this, I informed Pro-tuning about my problem, I was told I'm not plugging them in right......please. They tell me okay send them back at my cost and a 20% restocking fee........do you want to buy from a company like this? You can do better......that's the truth
