I purchased item# RSI-FD-04BK 1997-2003 FORD F150 F250 & Expedition 4.6L 5.4L V8 Engine Short Ram Air Intake System. It looks very nice, but there is a problem. It just won't work on my truck. REALLY NEEDED TO OVERNIGHT MY PART . STANDARD SHIPPING ONLY DOES NOT ALWAYS MEET THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS.
I initially spent over $400 dollars for this HID headlight replacement for my truck and the ballasts went out in less than a months time. Then, Pro Tuning Lab sent me replacement ballasts which have now failed again for one of my headlights. So, essentially one of these replacement ballasts didn't even last (1) year. I called your customer service line today with a representative that was very rude and just plainly didn't want to help me at all.
