Purchased a radiator during my customary assembling of parts for a 1968 Mustang restoration project. Installed radiator and it leaks like a sieve from top and bottom. Too many too even repair. Contacted ProTune and was told since it was over 30 days they would not help me other than to offer me the purchase of another radiator. So I can have two poor quality radiators? Would not recommend.
Sold me the wrong parts missing items
I recently purchased the drl headlights and they went out in less than a week. Contacted customer service for help, but apparently I don’t have warranty, because I didn’t have the original box to show proof. I sent them pictures of the receipt and shipping label, but still not enough. WHO KEEPS THE ORIGINAL BOX? Enough said, Karen out

So I ordered halogen angel eye projector headlights and within 3 months my LED bulb went out. Called and ordered one and have yet to receive my order confirmation. Also I received an email stating they don't sell the LED bulbs for my headlights although I bought the headlights from them, and again I ordered a bulb over the phone with them. So now I'm worried that when I do get my LED it won't fit and idk where else I would go to get a bulb so I'm feeling like Ive wasted about 250.00 plus if the bulb doesn't fit another 16.99... read more
What made me aggravated is that my wife has tried to order these two times now for me as a gift but being her card billing address didn't match the shipping address it was rejected. She was on hold for almost an hour trying to find out a way to order it but never got to talk to anyone
System continued to change information entered w/o being prompt...could not enter desired credit card.
it took less than 5 minutes to be charged for their product and know that I'm getting the product I researched on my own to be an exact fit and a 30 warranty.
