The only reason I am making this purchase is because one week ago I purchased a head light assembly that INCLUDES these bulbs I payed an extra 30 dollars so I could get them and they did not come with the head light assemblies. Now it is Saturday and I want these bulbs ASAP so instead of waiting for you to refund/help and send the individual bulbs to me. I’m just spending more of my money. I will be calling on the next business day but I will never purchase from “protuninglab”again
I would have liked to know when i would be expecting my parts before making the choice to buy. First time i have EVER had this issue with ANY parts orders. Should definitely fix that.

Bought headlights, headlights were misassemble (manufacturing defect). Headlights were never installed, still have all plastic covering on them and they would not exchange them for a set that was correctly assembled. Headlights are unusable. Buyer beware ProTuningLab policy is sold as is, they do not stand behind anything.
have been on hold several times for a long time then cut off, have e mailed as well with no response.
Waite don phone for customer service for over 5 minutes then was asked to leave a message. Not good.
I ordered rain guards they sent ones that don’t fit my car and want me to pay to have them shipped back do not recommend!
I emailed customer support with a question 2 weeks ago and never got a reply. My question was about a product I bought from your website that broke within 6 months of using it.
this web site was the only one claiming it had the item in stock, all other sites said NO STOCK , so I bought from them , they charged my paypal account made a mailing label to make it look like they had shipped it. after a week (this company is 10 miles from my home) i contacted them after 3 days calling someone picked up the phone and finally told me , they had NO stock and were waiting for it, when asked aboiut the fake mailing label , i was told they make them and wait for the item to arrive and then they ship it. won't ... read more
