Just how I stated it in the title.
I have called several times and wsited in hold gor at leadt 30 minites but mobody ever picked up tne phone. I eventually left a message to call me back but nobody did.
We ordered 2 headlights and 2 bulbs 3 weeks ago. The first set had a broken reflector and the other light had a bent piece that holds the reflector in. We were afraid when we installed it that the reflector would dislodge when we hit a bump in the road. They sent us a replacement set. It too was damaged. One light had a broken reflector laying inside it and the other light was perfectly fine. They will not provide us with a good headlight to match the other one. They want us to pay to ship both boxes back plus a 15% restocki... read more
Not being able to have a different billing address and delivery address for "security" is ridiculous especially when there is an option to separate them.
I am sick of selecting a product on Amazon or eBay only to get to the checkout to find out one of two things.. Either they are charging more for shipping than the product costs (deceptive business practices) or they won't ship to Alaska or a PO Box. Tell me up front so I don't waste my time. I don't mind paying the shipping if needed but since the shipping is FREE!!! I will pay a little extra for the product. Very easy to order and pay
Ordered item as gift & when opened components were missing. After several attempts no resolution & they will not make right either refund or just giving us what we paid for. Should sell boat parts vs. auto parts because all I got is a boat anchor at this point!
Brought some tail lights from them and they were catching on fire when hooked up to my truck so called and explained the problem. They wanted me to plug back up the tail lights and send a video of them giving me trouble!! I’m not taking a chance of catching my truck on fire or shorting out my computer!!!
