I ordered a set of headlights from ProTuningLab April of 2018. I chose this company to make my purchase after reading many reviews about the service and quality of their products being top notch. Yesterday I noticed the LED strip on my drivers side headlight was partially unlit. I removed the housing from my vehicle, cleaned all contact points on the housing and on the wiring harness from the car and the strip would still only partially illuminate. Well it took me three tries to finally get the information to go through on my card, my bank kept smelling me it was approved but it wouldn’t go through. Tried calling the phone number, waited for 15 minutes and never got to an employee

I would never do business with this company ever again. They place blame on you before trying to qualify the problem. They do not pay shipping for defective product so you are out the cash for something that didn't work. I called the manufacturer of the headlights I bought and they said they do not directly sell to protuninglab and they buy from distributors so good luck if you have problems. My head lights have failed multiple times in less than. I purchased the extended warranty and it still costs me money. Unacceptable.

Terrible company! Bought HID headlights for a 2012 F150 and headlights leaked and have condensation in them after 6 months.
The return policy ****!!!
I talked with their sales person told him what I had they told me the lights I would get would be a perfect replacement they were not and then the service to continue to go downhill as they tried not to let me return the product and ultimately when I prove to them that they were the ones that were wrong they charge me a restocking fee find yourself a new vendor now don’t buy it from them
