I ordered an item on a Friday, since I had not received any email I looked at my order status on the following tuesday, my order had been canceled..I then called and was on hold for an hour..finally a person answered and yes my order had been canceled and he said the email for going out today on the cancelation well from that friday to tuesday I could of found another dealer, and of course online the item should of said not in stock...this company is odviously too big and cannot keep up with its customers...one say online yo... read more
I bought a light,did not work i will see how they handel it
Lights were cheaply made. Do not buy. Did not fit properly into vehicle and bulbs wouldn’t fit into them.
3rd brake Light came to the house one of the bolts was sheared off, both had come through the packaging I don’t care about the cost so much, but I need the part ASAP!!!
Unable to talk with customer service, very long wait on hold. Decided to just order online. I was wanting replacement parts for the set I bought one year ago . This was the second set I had to replace. Onto my third set.
Buyer beware dont wait your time Advertising product they dont have and not sure when they will receive
I bought a set of for lamps for my 04 Yukon. 2 ballasts have already gone out. They did replace them but I had to pay $8 each time for the replacement. One lamp isn't sealed properly and water has gotten inside the assembly and somewhat rusted ad caused a haze inside the lens I can not get off. Would not recommend these lamps for anybody unless you don't have money to spend. I will be getting a whole new fog lamp assembly in the near future and will throw these things in the trash.
Ill buy from here again soon.
I’ve ordered multiple things from pro tuning lab with no issues what so ever. I have an 06 ram and I ordered headlights and now fender flares from them and did not run into issues. I also ordered something from them in the past for one of my previous cars and I can’t remember what it was but I remember when it came time to order some stuff for my truck the name had been stuck in my head
