Never got my item.. Got a refund with no explanation
It's been well over a month and I have yet to receive my headlights. I received the other things I ordered at the same time. They told me that June 2 they would have my light back in stock but still no email confirming my order has shipped or even arrived at the location to be shipped.
I will never order fr pro tuning ever again. My order was a gift for my son from his grandparents they would not ship to me cause the card address didn't match shipping address. Of course it don't match its a gift for someone. I didn't get my order. So I canceled it
Total Ripoff!!! These guys make money by selling popular headlights (Lexus Xenon Headlights in particular) that are never in stock, and then charge customers a $10 restocking fee for an item that has not shipped. Talk about dirty business practices. I called to cancel an order that clearly never left the warehouse, no email notification or phone call was ever sent by their customer service department. Their customer service is nonexistent they don't answer the phone or their e-mails. They took my payment for a discontinued item,said they were shipping it then told me a week later the item was discontinued. The only saving grace is they did refund the purchase, though they never sent me notice I only found out by checking my CC statement.This company is not reputable I would highly recommend perspective customers to avoid this company.
This was by far the worst transaction I have ever made on the internet, They lost parts of the order, they didn't know what I ordered, you cant contact them by phone, unless you hold for 2hr long distance, they have every part back ordered and the items they did return we not what I paid, claimed to have shipped but didn't, and the one piece I got was not right and didn't fit, think this is some sort of scam
Got some 9006 replacement bulbs from pro tuning lab.com, one bulb from the first set didn't work so I asked if they could send me another set and they did but the result was the same another bulb didn't work but luckily I had one left over from the first set.
tracking # was for fedx but they had not recieved the package. it came thru ups! the part was completly off specs the bolt holes on the headder did not line up, gasket did not seal, missing a o2 sensor hole, the other o2 sensor was in the wrong spot, the egr pipe hole did not line up, (AND THEY WANTED ME TO PAY TO HAVE IT SHIPPED BACK!!!!) I had to completly modify the part for it to fit! (AFTER ALL THAT, I STILL HAD TO USE A ENGINE LIFT TO GET THE PART TO FIT! I WONT BE DEALING WITH THEM NO MORE)
I ordered Lower control arms for my car. I was billed for the parts and received a tracking number! But to no avail I got a refund ten days later. I was never emailed or received a phone call explaining why! I will never do business with this company again.
