Item was delayed 2 weeks had to go elsewhere

Placed an order 2 weeks ago.. Finally showed that it shipped today on tracking info... Tries calling several times to cancel order - No one EVER answered the phone... Sat on Hold for HOURS!!! I will be calling my credit card company to stop payment.. SCAMMER!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
My bank account was double authorized, making funds unavailable for 72hrs. Customer service non-responsive to resolve the issue. Product shipped late, only after the second account authorization had dropped, a full two days after shipper had received payment. The product, yet to be installed, appears to be of quality, however the experience was frustrating and highly unpleasant.
I've purchased their 2010 camaro halo headlights. I ordered a pair of 8k crystal blue and turned out it's white And probably <8k. The ring on driver side doesn't work so I email, called them right after installing their headlights in for the default of color, and the ring's problem. It was 30 minutes before they get off of the company. After a few day driving around with non-working product (office hours: M-F). I place my order for a performance air filter system paid for it and with no explanation my payment was refunded !
took too long to get and parts inside box not well protected,one bulb broken
order never arrived. I never talked to a live person to discuss the issue, put on hold and never picked up. Waiting on a reply either by email or phone. jury is still out, hoping for a positive outcome.
I order a front bumper spoiler lip for my 1990 Honda accord .a tracking # was send to me .try tracking the package n no respond .I send u guys a message n days later I get a respond that the item was out of stock n my money was put back into my account.try calling n no one pick up the phone.I was disappointed . thanks any way.
